When a psychic tells you "I do not know"

I am still trying to figure out what being a psychic is about and what they can see, or feel.

I had numerous cases when I asked one psychic a particular question, I got answer like "it is not shown" or "I do not know".
The honesty is appreciated.
However, they will also add something like "although it is not shown, I just feel...."


So could it be a guessing or a good six sense?
