Making sure home has everything "best in the market"

This guest post from Doris Dillon

I have always been a firm believer in verifying information. I am sure it boils down to a trust issue, but I have to check everything. It probably annoys a lot of people and I probably ruffle a lot of feathers, but it is just something I have to do and I have always done. I will verify a stores pricing with their ad paper. I will even double check their online pricing. Most of the time I just want to make sure I get the best deal or the best product. When my husband and I moved into our new home, I verified everything. I talked with a heating and air company to make sure our air conditioner was the best on the market. I went to BestHomeSecurity.com and looked up our alarm company to make sure it was the best. I even looked up every single appliance. When I am doing it, I know I am crazy and I know it is a strange thing to do. However, I am sure there are stranger things people do and to be honest, my “crazy” thing is only benefiting us. It helps make sure we don’t get cheated and it makes me feel better.
